Robert Tyree, a self-taught folk artist and a recent cancer survivor, infuses his work in various media with the spirit of West Texas and his home in the Davis Mountains. Whether working in wood, leather, welding, painting, or creating found art using natural artifacts, Robert’s acdventuresome spirit and respect for the creative process endow his work with a grounded, peaceful feeling.
